RAV4000 is a mobile artist residency I started out of my partner and I’s old car. The artist residency, toolkit, and resource supports place-based and site specific artist’s project which: respond to, collaborate with, or require access to ‘āina (land). Resident artist’s use the vehicle to conduct their projects, as well as create and install their own modifications, additions, and upgrades. Together, these contributions add to RAV4000’s capabilities and the greater potential of the vehicle organization.
